If you ordered after the Kickstarter campaign through our website, your order is part of our first DTC production batch.

• These orders are expected to begin dispatching in July 2025.

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Kickstarter Backers

We’re fulfilling in batches based on backer number and location. When your order is ready for dispatch, we'll email you and provide a prompt for local shipping payment as well as collect your preferred delivery address. Please note, if your backer number is higher than 2000, you can expect your Loka to be shipped in May. 

Here's a quick timeline overview of where we're at and when you can expect to see your order dispatched. 

February:
The first batch of 1000 began shipping globally

March:
Shipment of 1000 units to US backers 
Production of an additional 3500 Chai Makers began

April:
Anticipated production of 1,500 induction Chai Maker 

May: 
Dispatch 3,500 gas/electric units to remaining backers globally 

June: 
Dispatch induction-compatible Chai Makers to remaining backers
