We hope you love your Loka—but if something's not quite right, we're here to help.
You have 30 days from when your order arrives to ask for a return.
What we'll take back
We accept returns on unused or lightly used items.
Sometimes you need a few proper brews to know if something's really right for you. If you've genuinely given it a go and you're still not happy, we'll help you return it.
Start by getting in touch
Reach our via our Contact Page before sending anything back. We can't accept returns that show up without approval—so please check in with us first.
Once we approve your return, we'll send you clear instructions on where to send your item.
Who pays for return shipping?
- If you've changed your mind: You'll cover return shipping—we'll deduct the cost from your refund.
- If your item arrived damaged or faulty: That's on us—we'll cover it.
Pack it with care
If you still have the original packaging, brilliant—use that. If not, just make sure everything's packed safely so it arrives back to us undamaged.
If your return arrives damaged or incomplete, we might only be able to offer a partial refund.
For our EU friends 🇪🇺
You have 14 days to cancel or return your order—no reason needed. Your item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. You'll cover return shipping for these orders.
A few things we can't take back
- Perishable goods (like our chai blends)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Not sure about a specific item? Just ask us.
Want to swap for something else? We don't do direct exchanges. The easiest way is to return what you have, then place a new order for what you want once we approve your return.
A note on Kickstarter pledges: we can't accept returns on Kickstarter pledges.
