We're confident in the quality and durability of our Chai Maker and so we offer a one-year warranty on all purchases and pledges from the date you receive your Chai Maker. If you encounter any defects in materials or workmanship within the first year, we will gladly repair or replace your product at no additional cost. Please note our warranty applies to normal use at home, provided you have followed our instructions for care, and does not apply to dings, dents, non-stick coating deterioration, normal wear and tear, damage caused by scour pads, or changes in appearance due to normal handling of cookware.
