What is the warranty on my Chai Maker?Updated 2 months ago

We stand behind the quality of the Loka Chai Maker. We provide a 1‑year limited warranty from the date you receive your product covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use and when used in accordance with our instructions.

During the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair the product, replace a defective part, or replace the product with the same or a comparable model at no charge. 

If a defect cannot be remedied within a reasonable time or after a reasonable number of attempts, we will provide a replacement or refund.

To request service, please reach out to us using the contact form here. Please include your order number, a description of the issue (photos or short video help us resolve it faster), and finally a photo of the serial number at the base of the product (this will also save us back and forth). We may provide troubleshooting steps and, when needed, a prepaid return label.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes from handling, or minor imperfections that do not affect function
  • Dings, dents, scratches, or damage from scouring pads or abrasive cleaners
  • Non‑stick coating deterioration due to misuse, overheating, or abrasive cleaning
  • Damage caused by use contrary to the user guide, including exposing the handle to direct flame or excessive heat, or use on an incompatible heat source
  • Accidents, modifications, improper maintenance, or commercial use

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.

  • UK customers: Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
  • USA customers: This is a limited warranty and is provided in addition to any rights you may have under state law.
