My order was marked delivered but I can't find itUpdated 2 months ago

If no one is home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave your package in a safe location.

Check around your home and with neighbours/building management. And please double-check the shipping address (in your order confirmation email) to make sure it’s correct. 

Packages can sometimes be marked as delivered but take a bit longer to arrive. 

If you can’t find your package, please reach out to the carrier first.
