My Chai Maker is leakingUpdated a month ago

A leak is almost always down to one of two things.

1. The Chai Maker isn't fully locked

Make sure the Base Pot and Fountain Lip are screwed together firmly. If it's not fully locked, small leaks can happen. 

This should feel smooth and natural, not stiff or forced. If that's not the case, it's usually a sign it's the second issue below.

2. The Inner Seal is fitted incorrectly

An upside-down or inside-out seal is the most common cause of leaks. Take a look at our guide to fitting the Inner Seal correctly — it takes less than a minute to check.
